Legal web sites have many different stages. A common mistake is to create a web site then do nothing with it. Unfortunately this is what is most often done. OptiLaw does much more than just design and optimize web sites. We believe once a web site is created the real work begins. Its the work after the site is created that drives traffic and increases leads. Lets take a look at the different phases and what they are all about.

• Creation Phase

• This is where we complete design a new web site from the ground up. When this is done the site is totally custom designed and created around your firm. You can have as much input as you want on the design of your site. Some clients want to be very involved and others are not exactly sure about how they want their site to look. Regardless of your input the site will be designed until you are happy with the final look. Once the design of the site is completed we will also add in any content that you provide into the site. • Optimization Phase

• If you already have a web site your project will start here. With existing web sites typically much reworking must be done in order to get the site optimized and 'up to code'. There are many technical factors that work to tell the search engines about your site. You can have an amazing site that has a lot of content but if it is not properly coded a\nd the text identified it could all be a waste.

• Maintenance Phase

• Once the site is totally live we begin the maintenance phase. A site that is not updated on a regular basis will not function well on the search engines. Maintenance on your site can include the following:

    Our clients can easily change content on their web site themselves, however we also can make changes for you. This all depends how involved you want to be in the maintenance of your site. Some changes may require more work for example changing an image is more involved then making a simple text edit.
